It is most likely a pathetic derivative of that Invisible Monsters cover and some sort of playing card. It’s really stupid, actually. But so stupid it’s brilliant. Not much is known about the artist except she spelled “shepherd” s-h-e-p-a-r-d. Stupidly brilliant, I tell you.  I think the heart represents the existential crisis of the bittersweet lives of conjoined twins… and it’s drawn on such a disposable medium! It’s a very challenging and perceptive piece.
